Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Customization

Yes, we offer customization for most of our decor items. You can share your design preferences, dimensions, and material requirements. Additional charges may apply depending on the complexity of the customization.

Exchange/Return

Ready-made items: We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if you receive a damaged item. 

Custom items: Custom-made pieces are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us to sales@beunco.com within 24 hours of delivery with Order ID & Photos of the item and packaging. We will assess the situation and arrange for a replacement or repair.

Payments

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI payments, and bank transfers. For custom orders, an advance payment may be required.

Care

Each product comes with care instructions. For general maintenance:

– Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning.

– Avoid exposure to direct sunlight and moisture.

– Follow specific care guidelines for materials like wood, glass, and brass as mentioned with product detail.
