Order Tracking:

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment via the link provided in the email.

Refusal Fees

Please note: If you refuse this package upon arrival, NO refund will be issued for the order cancellation or order return.

Returns

At UNCO, we want you to love what you receive! Every item is crafted and packed with care. While most of our orders arrive in perfect condition, we understand that sometimes things happen in transit. Here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:

 

Ready-Made Items

We accept returns or exchanges only if your ready-made item arrives damaged or defective.

If this happens:

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery — we want to resolve this quickly for you!
Email us at sales@beunco.com with your:
Order ID
– Clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in.

Once we receive your email, our team will carefully review your case. If your return or exchange is approved, we will process your refund or arrange your replacement/repair.


Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date your return is approved.

 

Please note: We’re only able to process damage claims if they are reported within 24 hours of delivery and include the required photos.

 

Custom-Made Items

Because custom pieces are made specially for you, they are non-returnable and non-refundable.

However, if your custom item arrives damaged or defective, the same process applies:

Contact us within 24 hours with your Order ID and photos of the issue.
Once your case is approved, we will arrange a repair or replacement, or process a refund within 7 working days if applicable.

 

A Few Friendly Reminders

We cannot offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or if the item was ordered in error.
All return and replacement decisions are made with care by the UNCO team after reviewing your case.

All items are sold “as-is” with no warranty, express or implied, covering defects, wear and tear, or damages resulting from use, environmental factors, or improper care.

Inspection & Responsibility
We encourage customers to inspect items at the time of delivery. Proper care and maintenance are the customer’s responsibility.

Liability
Our liability is limited until the delivery of the product. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages thereafter.
